How to get the CURRENT log from a running SQL server installation

Open Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
Select the server, followed by Management, followed by SQL Server Logs
Select the 'Current' log
Click 'Export' and save the information to a disk file.
Open the log file and 'copy and paste' the contents to the window below
