___________________________________________________________________________ ILook licenses and the IXimager are protected copyright property of the ILook Developers and they are restricted in use. They are granted exclusively and conditionally to a single person only. They are no longer assigned to a group or as part of a larger unit assignment. Your use of the license is contingent upon a complete understanding that the license cannot leave your possession in any manner or for any purpose other than to use it in its intended and proscribed form and within the guidelines set forth here and in the End User License Agreement for both IXimager and ILook v8 or it's successors. 1. If you receive a license and then become - during its continued effective period - unqualified to have the license, it must be returned to the licensor. 2. The license cannot be destroyed intentionally, or otherwise copied for any use other than your own. You may copy it for different platform use as many times as is necessary by the licensee, but it's use in either the function or in the generation of the ILook external imager component (IXimager) must be performed by you personally and it must remain under your sole control. 3. You are not authorized to load, install, grant or replace any other persons license with your own. You may not likewise borrow or obtain or procure another's individual license for any purpose unless such use is a law enforcement emergency within your own agency. If this occurs, you must agree to discontinue the use of that license as soon as it is feasible to do so but not more than 24 hours later. You are advised that to use ILook or the IXimager without your appropriate license may invalidate the evidentiary authentication design of both components. FaFailure to follow these requirements will also terminate future ILook license issuance to yourself or your agency. F 4. Transfer of a license between any parties that are not qualified to receive one on their own merit, for any reason, is expressly forbidden. Failure to follow these restrictions may ultimately have a negative effect on the production of evidence and it's authentication.
