If you are a private / commercial forensic business user, or less than full time Law Enforcement (see definition) then you are not eligible for a license renewal. 

 

If you have previously received an ILook License which is at this time within 30 days of expiration, you may reapply for a license for the continued use of V8, by following the instructions contained on this page.  If the license is not within 30 days of expiration, it will not result in a renewal.  :

Please fill in the details below fully and truthfully then PRESS the "Request V8 Renewal Licence" button at the end of the page.  The Symbol * means the field is Required.
 

1.  Have any of the mandatory qualifications that you originally cited in your last accepted license application changed since your last license renewal.           * Type yes or no (y or n) in the box to the left 

If the answer to 1 is Yes, you will have to return to the original license page and reapply for a license in order to alter the originally (last) processed data.
2.  Enter your full name as used in the original license application on the Registration Web page.   *
3.  Enter the Addressee name (Your name) as contained in the body of the email which enclosed your current license - this may or may not be the same name as item #2   *
4.  Enter the Unzip file access password in the email you were sent which also contained the attachment license file.   *
5.  Enter the email address to which your current license was sent, even if that email address was not in the original application.   *
6.  Enter the current email address you are now using which can receive a registration notification email and license file.   *

     

Your received renewal email , MUST be maintained for future renewals !!!  Without the receipt mail, and knowledge of the renewal data, you will have to reapply  for a V8 license. 

All license applications or renewals are verified and delivery is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for your inability to receive Email with attachments and no manual licenses will be sent.   It may be 10-14 days before you receive a response to a license or renewal request. 

 

The primary technical requirement to receive an ILook license is the ability to receive a license file attached to a plain text email.  We cannot make exceptions to this rule.  A failure to insure that an email can be received at your email address as shown in this renewal application, will cause the license file to not be issued.  Firewall filters, spam filters or attachment rule filters will in some cases prevent issuance.  If you believe your previous address was unsuccessful for these reasons, or it was manually received at another address, it will be necessary to reapply for a license issuance --not a renewal from this page.  Please cite in the last comments field alternate delivery email addresses.
