Windows Defender Removal in XP and Vista
Windows Defender Removal is required in Vista, it is not optional in XP, but it is not a dominating issue since it is usually not installed. The easiest method is to stop the Service itself by following the USER input options to disable it.
This is performed by running the Command “windows defender” from the START RUN menu. If Defender is running, a windows defender screen will open and the top border will have a “TOOLS” menu option. Elect this option then follow the screen disabling option selections noted here.
