Online Form to Renew an ILook License

If your license is within 30 days of expiration you can renew your license using the link below. If your license is expired you must reapply for a new license. If you are reapplying due to an expired license, you must re-register using the same information used in the initial license request (i.e. using the same official email address).

Renew ILook Version 8 License 

ALL LICENSE REQUESTORS MUST USE AN OFFICIAL EMAIL ADDRESS WHEN REGISTERING FOR AN ILOOK LICENSE.

A license will not be issued to anyone using unofficial email addresses which includes but is not limited to gmail, yahoo, and hotmail.

If you are a local or state law enforcement agency and do not have official email please still fill out the online form as the official application. Also send an email to  and explain your situtation and we will work with you to obtain a license. Failure to do so may result in disapproval of the request.

License approval can take up to 5-10 business days or longer. If approved you will receive an email containing download links and further instructions. License issuance times are dependant on the volume of requests that are generated.
